A Tribute to the New Administration

This week we post a musical tribute to the new administration running the United States.  Naturally, there are some members of the administration who seem to be more experienced with the nuances of “alternative facts” or whatever they’re calling falsehoods this week.  Yes, we have our eyes on you Kellyanne!

With this in mind, here is a performance by a Bergen, New Jersey group called the Knickerbockers:

(Thank you for reading and watching.)

Nope, that ain't Kellyanne, she's the one telling everybody it was DT who choreographed the video, and wrote the song, and....

Why is everyone jumping around in such a collective frenzy? Have they all been told (by the 'lovely' Kellyanne, no doubt) that they've had a lit firecracker inserted up their arses and their only hope is to shake it out? Could well be. I honestly can't think of another explanation for this mass St Vitus' dance!

Thank yo Janey for your admission.

The dancing does look like something the So-Called President might conjure up for his idea of motion to music. Thank you Dave for your thoughts.

This was the way we danced in the 1960's Raybeard. I never got into it, but it looks like it was great exercise which exhausted the participants from doing other intimate activities.

Maybe it explains why I didn't take to disco dancing until I was well into my 30s, RTG. It made for a very small window in my dull life but, by golly, it was exhilerating fun!
