Saturday Morning Post: To My Dearest Friend
It seemed like it took me an entire lifetime to find you. Now you have left me after 30 years of love, of friendship, of everything that makes life here so beautiful and wonderful.
Our human eyes and mind tell me that I will not see you again in this lifetime. As you were wont to say "F DAT." I hasten to add that I am still seeing you in everything I am doing and everywhere I am going.
Your blogging buddies are gathering today in shock, sadness, and the fondness of memories of having known you. True, many never got the chance to meet you face-to-face. Still they were able to feel and share the warmness in your heart and the fiestiness in your spirit.
Today I hope those friends which I will list in no particular order, Spo, Fearsome Beard, Breenlantern, Bob and so many others will take comfort in this Richard Bach quote:
"Don't be dismayed at good-byes. A farewell is necessary before you can meet again.
And meeting again after moments or lifetimes, is certain for those who are friends."
Anne Marie, until the day we meet again..,.
Love Always, Todd

The blogger community and her circle of friends grieve with you, but I know we don’t hold a candle to your loss. Sending sincerest condolences and every ounce of support and love we can muster. Thank you for your outreaches in your time of loss. Just reinforces what we already knew: AM was lucky to have you as a partner. You are part of our extended and chosen family, and we are here in anyway we can be, should you need us.
With love and sympathy,
Sean and Jeffrey.

Todd, I'm crying for the loss of Anne Marie. I just learned about it this morning. She commented on our blog ALL the time and loved our pictures of Hobart. I also knew her through our interactions at a political blog. I loved her. I will miss her. Big hugs to you. One of my hopes I life was to someday meet her, I know we would have had fun. The world needs allies and now we have one less Warrior Queen. I could keep typing but I don't know what to say. The tears are making it hard to type. Love to you. 1st Man
Todd, your wife was truly a bright light for many, many people.

I'm so sorry for your loss, what an absolutely beautiful post you wrote, one of the best tributes to a loved one I have ever seen. Years ago I saw Anne Marie around the blogosphere, I loved her authenticity, nothing made me happier when one day she left a comment and started to follow me, I felt honoured. She will be greatly missed.
Oh Todd, I'm so sorry! My heart aches with the loss of the beautiful AM, Warrior Queen. My deepest condolences.

My thoughts of comfort and peace to you Todd at this time. When I lost William to Covid she had the most kind words for me. And I could always count on her or the Mistress to make me blush or make me spray a drink with something they would said. She surely kept you on your toes. Anne Marie was never at a lost for words.
A sorrowful time.
So terribly sorry for your loss.
Anne Marie was an incredible person and we adored her in our little blogging circle.
She will be missed.
XoXo

She was an amazing, wonderful woman and I am grateful I got to know her a little bit through blogging. Take care and again I am sorry for your loss.
Anne Marie was a blogging phenomenon. I send you love from London. All I can say is I know what you are going through. It’s not easy. Nor will it ever be. But I hope that knowing others are thinking of Anne, and your dreadful loss, is some kind of comfort to you.
